Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Keep these six core principles in mind to stay safe and have fun at 7000bt.
Set a Budget
Decide in advance how much you can spend each week or month. Never bet beyond your budget. Putting in extra money to recover losses is dangerous — avoid it.
Manage Your Time
Decide in advance how much time you will spend gaming and use an alarm. Avoid playing for long stretches without a break — take regular breaks and spend quality time with family and friends.
Play for Entertainment
Gaming is not a source of income — it is entertainment only. Do not bet with the goal of recovering losses. Treat each session independently and accept both wins and losses as a normal part of the experience.
Keep Your Account Secure
Do not share your login details with anyone. Do not give other household members — especially minors — access to your account. Use a strong password and change it regularly.
Take Care of Your Mental State
Never play when you are angry, sad, stressed, or under the influence of alcohol. In these states decision-making is impaired and the risk of greater losses increases. Enjoy gaming with a calm and clear mind.
Do Not Hesitate to Ask for Help
If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, contact our 24/7 live chat right away. If needed, request that your account be temporarily or permanently closed.
Recognize the Warning Signs
Gaming addiction often develops gradually and the person affected may not realize it themselves. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, be alert and seek help promptly. Responsible gaming means more than following rules — it means taking responsibility for yourself and your family.
Problem gaming is not a sign of weakness — it is a mental health issue that can affect anyone. Asking for help takes courage.
